Responsibility 工作職責 Act as the bridge between engineering team， sales，  marketing team and customers in understanding and delivering the value proposition  Support business core value work build up and content creation Create compelling marketing promotion stories by digging  and transfer core value to simplified and touching marketing language，  to increase customers’ experience， awareness， and loyalty Design and create industrial marketing content to different types of  customer audience， including WeChat stories Develop professional project case study and presenting business capabilities in seminar  Assist to organize customer event and activity  Responsible for developing new marketing collaterals/sales tools Collect sample request and develop samples and sample package Support new product/application development， market launch and training to sales Work with innovation team to develop Innovation stories Experience Required 經驗要求 Bachelor degree or above; Major in Civil Engineering， Architecture， Marketing， Journalism，  Advertising， Business Administration， etc.，; At least 3 year working experience in marketing of B2B company Qualification Required 資格要求 Good communication skills with good spoken and written Chinese， English is plus. Good event organizing and coordinating skills Good Presentation skills Competency Required 勝任能力要求 Customer focus Drive for results Stakeholder Communication  Problem solving Good communication Proactive， efficient and resilient
